You can choose whether you want to purchase the Log and Mill Materials to build the house yourself; have our professional construction team build your home to a "dry-in" stage; or have Wood House Construction, Inc. complete the entire project for you (TN and NC) only.  All packages priced on this web site include the following list of items as a standard. We also offer Related Products to purchase.

Log & Mill Material Package is by owner built package and includes:

8. Three sets of Construction Drawings

 

9. Exterior Water Repellent Stain, Log End Seal and Top Coat (applied by owner)
